RMTS has implemented advanced technology through the entire design and manufacturing process. Roll form tools are designed with state-of-the-art computer aided engineering (CAE) system, which runs strains analysis during the flower development. Finite element analysis (FEA) on the final tooling helps us optimize the tooling before it goes into production. This ensures minimal problem and saves initial setup time on the production.

Quality control is performed during every stage of roll manufacturing. Quality control includes:

• Stacking the rolls and ‘gaping’ them pass by pass to eliminate errors before we deliver them to you.
• Tooling trial runs on one of our three in-house test mills is performed with customers present to obtain the final approval before any tool set is shipped.
