RMTS’s 25,000-square foot facility is located in Romeoville Illinois and has a staff of over 25 people.
Five CNC Turning / Machining Centers for machining of rolls 24 hours a day. These modern machines connected to the computers in engineering for downloading your programs of the rolls – assuring quick and accurate machining of your roll tooling.
Flexible scheduling to meet all tooling requirements:
Two 12-hour shifts operating Monday through Thursday 6 AM – 6 PM and 6 PM – 6 AM.
Currently one weekend shift operating Friday through Sunday 6 AM – 6PM with plans to add a second weekend shift the 4th quarter of 2005.
Approximately 200,000 pounds of D2 with bar stock diameters of up to 16 inches in house. This will assure you the quickest possible turnaround time for emergency replacement of roll tooling.
